Shae has spent a lifetime surrounded by animals of all shapes, sizes, and personalities, which naturally led him to a career dedicated to animal care. Growing up with a wide variety of pets helped her develop a strong understanding of animal behavior and needs from an early age. With 10 years of experience as a veterinary technician, Shae brings valuable hands-on knowledge in animal health, safety, and emergency care. This background allows him to provide attentive, reliable, and compassionate care for every pet he looks after.
At home, Shae is a proud pet parent to two dogs and a parrot, giving him a personal understanding of the trust it takes to leave pets in someone else’s care. He treats every animal as if it were his own, ensuring each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. In his free time, Shae enjoys hiking. Perfect for keeping dogs active, engaged, and happy.

Ursula has always been an animal lover and passionate advocate for their care and well being. After a successful 30 year career working in an office environment, she decided to follow her heart and pursue something more personally fulfilling. In retirement, she began walking dogs and pet sitting, turning her lifelong love for animals into a daily joy.
Caring for pets allows Ursula to connect with animals and their owners in a meaningful way, and she takes pride in providing reliable, compassionate service. Wheter it's a long walk, playtime, or simply keeping a pet company, she treats every animal as if it was her own. She often says it's the best job she's ever had and it shows in the dedication and warmth she brings to every visit.
